MACADAMIA BUTTER

A delicious nut butter with a light crunch. Ingredients include roasted premium grade organic macadamia nuts grown on our farm, macadamia oil and salt. Macadamia butter has a wide range of uses in food preparation besides being a nutritious spread for toast and bread. You can also use it in satay sauces, vegetarian loaves, truffles or wherever you might use peanut butter. The advantage of using our organic macadamia butter is of course the superior flavour, the knowledge that it hasn’t been hydrogenised and the fact that the oils in macadamia butter are predominantly mono unsaturated.

MACADAMIA BUTTER WITH CHOCOLATE

This is organic decadence at its’ best. Ingredients include roasted premium grade macadamia nuts grown on our farm, imported Italian organic dark chocolate, macadamia oil and salt. There is no escaping the fact that this product is a treat to be eaten whenever you want to spoil yourself and the special people in your life. It is delicious on bread, as a filling in cakes and biscuits and a perfect centre for truffles. Some people like to eat it straight out of the jar! This product can be whipped in a food processor with iced water to make a sensational cream for your favourite desserts.

 


DAVIDSONS PLUM JAM

Davidsons plums are a beautiful deep purple coloured native fruit that grow on the trunk of the tree. They have a characteristic piquant taste that, combined with organic sugar, lends itself perfectly to this jam. This product has many culinary uses, both sweet and savoury. Try it in Asian  dishes, or an ingredient in the marinade for your next BBQ, it can also be stirred into fruit sauces and coulis and is a treat on toast and crusty bread.


NATIVE RASPBERRY JAM

These beautiful bright pink berries have a delicate flavour and when combined with organic sugar create a jam with a distinctively delicious taste. Native raspberry jam provides you with a taste experience quite different to any other jam, it can be used as a spread or a filling in scones, sponges biscuits and tarts. It also adds a complexity to fruit sauces and coulis.


ARABICA COFFEE

The coffee that we grow is mellow and smooth. Arabica coffee is naturally low in caffeine and as you can read from the following description that was published about our coffee, high on taste. The coffee is available medium dark roasted either whole bean or ground.

‘ I purchased some ORGANICFORREST coffee and gave it a try in my expresso machine. The aroma of the coffee is quite interesting, slightly aromatic and herby with the dark roast contributing a slight smokiness too. The colour and body were very full and the taste rich but with distinct and long acidity. In short, it is a distinctive brew that makes a more than satisfactory expresso.’
